Enjoy lake views from every window! Beautiful cabin on Grass Lake peninsula with assigned dock slip on Clearwater Lake across the property. An additional dock space to use, as needed, on Grass Lake right in front of the cabin. The peninsula setting allows you to move your boat between both lakes most of the summer (depending on rainfall and water levels).
Enjoy the beach areas, pool, playgrounds, basketball hoop, docks, and fire pits.
The cabin is a 2 bedroom + 3rd bedroom loft that sleeps 6. Enjoy the large lower deck with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill. Knotty pine interior provides a warm, rustic, cabin feel. Kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. Updated bathroom on main floor. Air conditioning on both upper and lower levels.
Only one hour from the cities. Come spend some time reading a good book, fish from the dock, bring your own boat, or rent a boat from BJ's Bait directly on the lake! Slip included on Clearwater Lake. Or bring kayaks/canoes and explore the adjoining river systems. For your convenience, there's also a fish cleaning house.

We enjoyed our stay on Grass Lake and the pontoon rental from BJ’s so that we could enjoy Clearwater Lake, too. We did not have time to use the pool but that’s a nice amenity. The cabin is nicely appointed. Everything we needed was provided including a charcoal grill and grill supplies. We enjoyed breakfast at Nelson Brothers in Clearwater. The wild rice sausages are so good and they have a huge fresh baked pastry and bread selection. We enjoyed the Spilled Grain brewery in Annandale. Overall, a great place for fishing, boating, summer family time!
