Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required when booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Nice Quiet Location

This cabin was just as described. It was a nice location with a convenient drive to ski at Wolf Creek. We took a day break in between ski days to go hiking. It was nice to be able to just walk out the cabin and take off to hike. Thanks for a great stay!

Cabin is beautiful and has an inviting wrap around porch that we enjoyed daily. Great 360 views. Our pups loved the yard, and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Outstanding Getaway

Booked this property for a last minute get away for my wife and I. Great property in a perfect location. since there were only the two of us we never used the "loft" upstairs, but it's large with a nice sitting area and a TV, so this would be excellent for two couples or a larger family. This is the reason you use a professional Property Management company, the cleanest, best maintained home we have ever stayed in, and the communication was excellent. Icing on the cake... large fenced in yard so our dog had a blast as well.

Beautiful cabin and area! We absolutely loved this cabin. It was almost perfect. We had some trouble with the internet and Dish Tv... I think probably just normal for this "remote" area. I don't think the satellite TV is hooked up any more. Beds were comfy. Everything we could need was supplied in the kitchen. We definitely want to stay here agin on our trip skiing next year. Thank you for offering this gorgeous home for others to share!
