The Space:

Welcome to Boomerang at South Durras, a relaxed coastal retreat surrounded by some of the South Coast's best beaches, Durras Lake and national park scenery.



Designed for families, friends and outdoor getaways, the home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, with plenty of room to spread out.



Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens directly onto the large deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor space for long lunches, morning coffee or drinks after a day at the beach.



In the cooler months, settle in beside the slow-combustion fireplace, while reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps the home comfortable through summer. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided.



The downstairs room has separate external access, making it especially useful for extended families, grandparents or friends wanting a little extra privacy.



Outside leads you to the grassy backyard, BBQ area and plenty of space to enjoy the relaxed South Durras atmosphere.



Generous off-street parking is available, including room for a boat, making Boomerang a great base for fishing, paddling and days on Durras Lake.

Enjoy an extended stroll and continue exploring the coastline to Cookies Beach and Mill Beach to get the full South Durras experience.



The area is surrounded by Murramarang National Park and connects into the spectacular Murramarang South Coast Walk, which follows the coastline through beaches, forest and secluded coves.



For a meal or drink out, Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort is only a short drive away.

Batemans Bay is also within easy driving distance for supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and additional activities.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla region, but once you arrive there is plenty to enjoy locally on foot.



Durras Beach, Durras Lake and Murramarang National Park are all within walking distance, making it easy to leave the car behind for beach days, walks and lake adventures.



The property has ample parking, including space for a boat.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Please note the yard fencing is relatively low, so dogs should be supervised while outside.

The downstairs bedroom, lounge and bathroom have external access only.

No parties, events or Schoolies bookings are permitted.
