A fantastic place! The hotel is very cool, very clean, and very quiet and comfortable. It's well worth staying here instead of the grubbier hotels out by the interstate, and the price is the same as those. Elkhart doesn't have that much to offer, but downtown is a lot more pleasant than out by the highway.

Hotel is beautiful. Such a unique building, well maintained and clean. We stayed Friday-Sunday. We would have loved to have a drink at the hotel bar, however it was closed both nights. Many other restaurants in walking distance. We did receive a tornado warning on our phones in the middle of the night. I thought we would have been notified by hotel staff as to how to seek proper shelter. No call came. We did call the front desk and they directed us to the basement. After waiting in the basement with a few other guests we were provided an update on the weather from hotel staff and that it was safe to return. Onsite parking was a great plus. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are well stocked and large. Would highly recommend, and would book again.
