Room smelled old and musty. Decor sucked. open floors space. bare walls, looked like a new build. Bathroom had no counter space, no towel bars. only place to put anything was on the floor. Including when taking a shower. No place for a towel. Reserved room was not ready. Had to settle for what ever was ready at 5 PM. Wished I was at the Holiday Inn at 1/3 the cost.

Hotel cxd reservation without notifying our family- front desk lady working on Sat Sept 6 th was disrespectful and treated us terribly. Was more concerned with man at desk drink a beer than helping us. Extremely rude. I am a Hilton honors member and would never recommend this hotel. Not a true Hilton.
