Room was so quiet during our first night we slept in by accident! Comfortable bed, large space. The only fault was the large shower looked dingy and old. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Checkout was simple.

We loved everything about our stay. Friendly and responsive staff. Exceptionally clean room. Wonderful breakfast for this picky vegetarian. I especially loved the digital grind-and-brew coffeemaker! Just a matter of personal preference, but I would’ve liked softer pillows. And the first time we got a first-floor room, and I hadn’t even requested one. Very quiet stay, also.

Breakfast was disgusting, egg omelet was black and brown around the edges, yogurt was spoiled, oatmeal had the consistency of paste and terrible taste. Cleaning staff opened our door at 8 am while my wife was taking shower and i was getting dressed. Guy at desk didn't apologize for it or even try to apologize, instead he made excuses why they opened the door. Never going to stay there again. Holiday inn used to be known for being a nice place to stay but not anymore.
