Workers were kind and attentive. The location was perfect for a quick drive to Notre Dame. Our tub didn’t drain very well and there were some stink bugs on the curtain when we first arrived. It’s the time of year they come in the house though so I made sure the window was closed completely and got rid of the couple inside. Plenty of towels and the bed was nice and clean. Would stay here again given the price.

This was probably the nicest Comfort Suites that we ever stayed in. The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was modern and clean.

Was told our rooms were by the family we traveled with and on different floors. The hot tub was broken. No shampoo or conditioner or any items like that in the room. Very clean though. Weird square pillow.

Everything was great! The young man at the front desk was super nice, polite, and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area and breakfast also great. We had a super experience and will definitely return when we're back in town again.

Availability and service

It was located close to Hubbard Hill, which was my destination, stop #1. Stop #2 was South Bend, so that was a close pick up for my brother to get me. I left my therapeutic seat cushion, in my room, at check-out, and when I called the next day, it was there for me. I was very relieved.

The rooms are old and dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows are the smallest I’ve seen at a hotel. They’re square throw pillows.

The property is not located to any restaurants and remote. The staff tried to charge a 50.00 fee for early check in when I called night prior asking and on phone said if available no problem. When I pressed issue he said well I don’t have a room ready but I stated you still want to charge a 50.00 fee? We asked for supervisor then he said 25.00 charge. I clarified do you have a room or not? He then back tracked and said I have one. So he tried to overcharge and lied. Room is dated and had an odor. Not worth 300/night and 39 min from ND stadium. Not worth it
