This was a place to sleep. Not much more. The whole place is being remodeled. I needed a remote for the tv. The clerk did not answer the phone. A trip to the front desk and she would not bring one up because I did not know the tv make. The solution was to make me change rooms. The continental breakfast - get there early. Nothing was refilled.

TV did not work when we got there was promised they were gonna look at. It never showed up on the first day complained the second day still not fixed finally showed up with a portable one. It’s like they didn’t even care. I understand they’re doing a bunch of remodeling, but overall, I would not recommend this place. Very poor customer service and attention.

I understand under going renovations can be difficult , but our room was already done. The chair in the room was very dirty, the floor was not clean. We had dirt on our feet after walking on the new flooring. Mattress was terrible.

RUN

Hard spring filled beds, leaking ceiling, uneven titles, dirty floors, 420 smells everywhere, rough clientele, and dirty towels. My kids are 55lbs and 59lbs and their hips & shoulders hurt. Don’t even ask about the adults; we are wrecked. The only saving grace: the Mom and daughter are super friendly and trying their best. The elevator is super small and very scary sounding and jerking. They are under construction and all done very cheap. We gave the place a shot but all set. The other reviews make seem this place is amazing, if you need very cheap place to stay and not keen on anything special; this is it. Breakfast is not too bad but again room temp and done on the extreme cheap.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. That is good! Had we known how many of the simple amenities would be affected, we would have made reservations elsewhere. Lobby, hallways, elevator, ice machines, vending machines, rooms, and breakfast areas were all affected by the construction supplies and reno work going on!
