This charming house is located in the middle of a pine forest—just a few minutes’ drive from Seignosse and Hossegor.
Well-connected bike paths allow you to reach Penon, Seignosse, and Hossegor in 15 to 25 minutes by bike.

Better yet, you can walk through the forest to a quiet beach
in about 25 minutes.
The closest beach by car is “La plage des Casernes,” just over 2 km from the free parking lot near the beach.

The house has a private garden where you can relax in peace and quiet. There is a hammock as well as patio furniture for enjoying a meal in the garden.

There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm) as well as a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink.
Additionally, there is the option to add a sofa bed for an extra fee. Please contact us (before booking!) if you’re interested!
