Staff was very nice. Lobby and swimming pool area were very nice. Fridge and electric mirrors in the bathroom not working. They should focus on maintenance. Our room was very noisy. We had to put ear plugs in to be able to sleep.

Our room had a smelly bathroom and despite that we reported it several times they didn’t do anything! Also there was a strong detergent smell in the lobby as if they were have a sewage problem and tried to cover up the bad odor!

I had an amazing stay at Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. A very special thank you to Wafa for her exceptional kindness and attention throughout my stay. Thanks to her, I received a wonderful room upgrade from a partial sea view room to a breathtaking full sea view room, which made my experience even more memorable. I would also like to thank Abir for her professionalism and welcoming attitude. The beach, the swimming pool, and the overall view were absolutely beautiful. The services were excellent from beginning to end: great food, attentive staff, impeccable housekeeping service, and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-end stay in Sousse. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

This property is truly exceptional. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrive. From the security staff and bellmen to the reception team, every single person I encountered was highly professional, courteous, and attentive. What impressed me even more was seeing members of the top management team actively walking around the property to ensure that guests were being properly taken care of. Their visible presence and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect a culture of excellence that is evident throughout the entire operation. The follow-up was equally impressive. The team consistently checked in to make sure everything was meeting expectations and promptly addressed any request or concern. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Perfect experience, outstanding service!

I had an amazing stay at Mariott Pearl Sousse, my mom and I felt like home thanks to the wonderful personal they have. They were extremely kind and professional, we highly appreciate every single effort done to make us feel comfortable. The location of this hotel is great, close to the beach and near plenty of rest too. We will be back!

Stay was great with the exception of check in and lobby area. Check in was delayed...which was understandable considering the 100%. But....the temperature in the lobby area was very high which made the wait very uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was excellent!

Very disappointed. The hotel deserves 3 starts. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the smallest elevators that you can imagine with one of them broken. Beach full of seaweed, no cleaned up. So loud because it’s by the street. 45 minutes to check in. The only two good things are the pool and the employees.

The property is gorgeous, the staff is exceptional, I wish I could take them all home with me. The breakfast is the largest I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel, with so many options to choose from. They spare nothing to service you. The pool is beautiful, spa services were delightful as well. Also the spa space is beautiful. The beach had security so I could leave my bag while I swam with no worries at all. I was sad I had to leave
