The customer service was a complete joke. From day one, the staff were rude and didnât know how to deal with customers at all. Most of the people at reception couldnât even speak proper English, so communication was a mess.
I asked for an iron three times and kept being told it would be brought to my room never happened. Then I was told I had to wait until housekeeping came in at 8 a.m. I waited, saw one of them, and when I tried to explain, she literally pulled the room key out of my hand, looked at the number, said sheâd bring an iron and didnât. I was fuming by that point and went straight to reception. Turns out, I was supposed to pay for the iron the whole time, but no one mentioned that. They handed me some form to fill out to pay. I asked to speak to management because the whole thing was ridiculous. The receptionist talked for half an hour but still didnât resolve anything. In the end, I had to pay.
To make it worse, the phone in the room wasnât working, so I had to walk all the way down to reception every time. The room itself was dusty and dirty. Even though housekeeping came by, it didnât make a difference it was never actually clean.
One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because I was travelling with my two kids, and they wanted to use the slide in the play area. Guess what? The slide was out of order the entire time.
If youâre travelling with children and think youâll have a fun, relaxing time here donât bother. The staff are rude.
