Just a few kilometers from the ocean and close to the villages of Espelette, Sare, Ainhoa, Spain and the lake of Saint Pée sur Nivelle, you'll be nestled in the calm of a 35-hectare property, on the edge of an ancestral Basque chestnut grove. This magnificent Basque farmhouse, completely renovated in typical style, with swimming pool and garden, can accommodate up to 10 people.

This 320 m² farmhouse features :

- a private swimming pool,
- a 5000 m² enclosed exterior with garden and terrace,
- access to the chestnut grove and private meadows,
- an 80 m² open-plan living room with different areas,
- a spacious open kitchen opening onto a large dining room, fully equipped with bar (barbecue, coffee machine, blender, kettle, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),

You'll be staying in the Amespetou district. The farm is located 20 min from Saint Jean de Luz, 25 min from Biarritz, a stone's throw from the typical villages of Espelette, Sare and Ainhoa, the lake of Saint Pée sur Nivelle and its leisure activities, and 5 min from the Spanish border. From the Artekoborda property, you have direct access to marked hiking trails (GR, Saint Jacques, etc.). In season, all you have to do is bend down to pick boletus and chestnuts in the ancestral Basque chestnut grove that forms an integral part of the property.
