The house features a large terrace with mountain views, perfect for dining in the shade of two large umbrellas. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 3 children (80 cm beds). The house is well heated and insulated, providing a pleasant setting all year round.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, an HD TV with Chromecast, fans, a washing machine and dryer, as well as books and toys for children. A high chair, bathtub, and two baby cots are available on request. Several parking spaces and a closed garage are provided.



For sports enthusiasts, numerous hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house. The Guzet ski and leisure resort is a 25-minute drive away. You can also enjoy swimming, rafting, climbing, paragliding, caving, via ferrata, and golf nearby. On the large enclosed grounds, you can play pétanque and badminton, and a free tennis court is nearby with four new rackets available.



Dogs are welcome (as well as horses). The property is fenced, and an additional fee applies for their stay. They’ll enjoy this unique setting as much as you!
