Description:
We rent our little holiday home in the residence "domaine des sables" in Soulac sur mer. The weekly price (which includes the tourist tax) depends on whether or not the shared swimming pool is open from May 13 to September 30, 2017.

It is a 53m2 house. Located in an enclosed park, 500 meters from the naiades beach (south), 800 meters from the supervised beach of Soulac-sur-Mer and 1 km from the city center.

Outdoor equipment:
-Outdoor swimming pool of 160 m², a secure paddling pool with new standards fence and terrace, -Parking inside the residence with 2 parking spaces available,
-Ping-pong table, shared barbecue, laundromat.
-A bicycle room with 2 bikes at your disposal.

The house is comfortable.
On the ground floor :
- 1 shower room with 1 wc.
-1 American kitchen with mini oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.....
-1 dining room with large table and the living area with a reversible sofa and television.
-1 terrace with 1 garden furniture, parasol and an electric plancha for your barbecues!

Upstairs :
-1 bedroom with 1 large 140 cm bed and 1 balcony overlooking the forest
-1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm
-1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm
-1 bathroom with bathtub
-1 separate toilet
