Hiking enthusiasts will also enjoy the many marked trails winding through vineyards and rolling hills. Designed for 6 guests, the gîte offers a warm, cozy, and functional environment. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed into a hallway with a small library, featuring books on the region. The living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace, and a lounge where historic materials blend harmoniously with contemporary touches. Two bedrooms: One with a 160x200 cm bed and a small balcony One with two 90x200 cm beds A bathroom with a shower and WC completes this level. A staircase leads to the lower level, a space dedicated to relaxation and fun for all ages. A game room equipped with a slide, playhouse, and foosball table will delight children, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy a fully equipped gym, including a pull-up bar, exercise mats, an electric bike, a treadmill, and a punching bag. Adjacent to this area: A spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. A separate WC. Please note that only the bedroom in this area is heated. The game room and gym do not have heating, making this space cooler in winter compared to the rest of the house, which benefits from underfloor and electric heating for optimal comfort. Outside, a terrace invites you to enjoy meals in the open air. The garden, currently being landscaped and planted with flowers, will soon add an even more bucolic charm to your stay.
