Good family destination

Pretty new and well equipped apartment with huge balcony. Apartment is really well equipped with washing machine, drying closet, electric grill in the balcony and air conditioning which is rare in Finland. There was even apartment specific bicycles available. Vuokatti itself is a perfect destination for all possible outdoor activities. As a tip to anyone staying, Vuokatti sport (urheiluopisto in Finnish) offers top quality buffet lunch and dinner with very reasonable price every day. We went there several times to eat.

Huone mukavan kokoinen(villas1) Oma sauna. Kaikki keittiön koneet hyvät, ainoastaan oaistinpannu surkea, kaikki tarttui kiinni. Ilmastointi puuttui ja oli helteiset päivät. Kylpylä mahtava.

Viihdyttiin.

Todella siisti huone. Peflettejä olisin kovasti kaivannut kylpylään. Useita laitteita oli myös kylpylässä rikki. Parkkipaikan (sisäpihan) läheisyyteen kaipaisi roskiksia, ettei tarvitsisi roskapusseja autoon ottaa ja etsiä lähintä roskista.

Matka menneisyyteen ja asiakaspalvelupettymys

Ok hotelli, epämiellyttävä asialaspalvelukokemus. Jokaisesta toiminnosta pyydetään rahaa (mm. kuntosali, aamupala). Sisäänkirjautuminen kestää iäisyyden (voisiko palkata lisää henkilökuntaa tiskille). Hotellin tulee ajalta, jolloin ei varmaan ollut edes kännyköitä, eli todellakin rempan tarpeessa on.
