Our colonial style villa is not only an affordable holiday accommodation on a beautiful property with a lush tropical garden - it's a beautiful paradise retreat in an upscale style which is close enough to town center and beaches to enjoy all the busy Caribbean life - but at the same time far away enough to relax and do some "quality chilling" around the pool or socialize with others over a cold drink on our big terrace-table...

Our guests have access to the whole property and house (except private or other rooms for rent) and all amenities - living room, kitchen, terraces, pool and deck, garden, parking...
Guests love to sit on a bench directly outside the kitchen, use one of the covered terraces - one with a dining table for up to 10 people and a lounge area, sunbathe around the huge pool or relax in the garden with tropical plants and flowers on our 4100sqm property. If you come with a vehicle you can also use our parking lots on the property.
You can order breakfast and/or a delicious 'À la carte'-meal from a private chef if you don't want to eat out.

Wonderful for recreation, fantastic for active vacationers and just perfect for all others - just minutes away from the best surf-spots, beaches and other great activities!

Please don't forget to read ALL our house rules before booking and contact us for any questions you might have...
Cleaning the apartment and changing linen and towels once per week (after 7 days) is included. More towels or cleaning more often can be arranged (Extra cost - Please ask for price).
If guests want use our kitchen to cook by themselves, we expect them to clean up and depending on the usage a fair participation in the cost for gas, drinking water, cleaning liquid etc. (about 2.-US$/day)
