Our family and friends absolutely LOVED everything about this villa. The place is spacious and stunning with amazing views. There is direct access to the beach (though we’d recommend taking a 10-15 minute drive to nicer, calmer beaches for swimming, especially if you are vacationing with children). The villa was perfect for our group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids). It was spacious enough that everyone enjoyed being together while also having enough space to do our own thing if desired. The ground, pool and beach access are all immaculate and maintained daily. The on site staff is professional yet welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful lodging but traffic terrible

Beautiful property and grounds with all the amenities. Beautiful beach for walking and kite surfers, but not for bathing or swimming with sandy waves covering one in dirt. Lack of rental car parking in very tight lot. We were unprepared for Dominican drivers and roads. Fearless motorcyclists make driving a stressful chore as they pass you on both left and right. Roads have no shoulders so Dominicans park anywhere they desire creating difficult passing situations. Traveling beyond an hour from the rental was exhausting if you're wanting to see more of the lovely countryside.

Family Memories-2024

Property located steps away from the ocean. 3 restaurants just a short walk down the beach was very convenient. The food and drinks were all delicious. Kite surfing was entertaining to watch and the instructors giving lessons were good. Short taxi ride to Cabarete or Sosua if you want to purchase groceries. If you like diving Sousa is the place and also very affordable. Ryan PM responded to any concerns in a timely manner. The Villa was perfect for our family and we will have memories to share for years.

Fabulous place and location!

I was looking for a place to have a birthday celebration/family gathering and this was a winner! Great amenities, amazing location to wing and kite, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Town was close enough by taxi to access the night life. Supermercado had everything we needed to satisfy even the vegans in our group. We would definitely return to this tropical paradise!

The best spot in the beach!

Ocean point is by far the best spot on Kite Beach. You really just can’t go wrong here. Beautifully maintained grounds, super nice pool, and the view… wow!! I just wish they maintained the inside of the home the same way. It’s obviously a rental that is not maintained well and that was a bummer. The dresser drawers in the rooms were so hard to open, they have some thick shiny coat on them that makes them stick. Cabinets and drawers in bathrooms & kitchen are all a bit busted. Bummer to pay so much & see a beautiful home neglected.

This was a great experience and exceptional rental. It was everything the pictures and listing claim. The entire unit inside and out was beautiful and well maintained. You can't beat the views from the patio or the pool. We brought our entire family down for a wedding and wanted to all have a relaxing spacious family get together. Very glad we picked this rental.

Great place in a good location

This property was excellent. Large living/dining/kitchen that really made it a good time for hanging out together. Secure location behind a gate that was always manned and employees walking the property cleaning and keeping a general eye in things. Nice pool and beach access right at the top of kite beach. Nice patio that we would hang out on. Easy walk along the beach to get into town. There were 3 great restaurants right next to the house on kite beach. All good food. Easy access to get a taxi and head to Sosua or to head into Cabarete. Loved it. Would recommend to large families or groups.

True beachfront paradise!

The pictures and description are so accurate-we’ve never been closer to the pool and beach! We love to walk on the beach and found many cool dining experiences. So fun watching the kite surfing from the pool and beach. Super Polo was great for grocery shopping. We did not want this vacation to end-

Great spot for a kiting vacation

We chose Scott’s condo based on it’s prime location on kite beach and availability/price during our son’s spring break. And with the number of bedrooms we were able to have two other couples join us. The condo is spacious, clean, and well furnished including everything needed to cook. We were unable to get the oven to light. Property manger offered to come take a look, but we ended up not needing it. The pool and deck area are excellent however there is not a working hot tub. The ocean view from the condo and kite action watching from pool deck are captivating for non-Kiters. Not a great swimming beach after the wind comes up, but would be fine in the mornings. Kite beach is very congested with beginners taking lessons and frequently crashing kites on the water or other kites. Kinda nerve wracking if you brought you own gear like we did. Right in front of the condo is also the hot spot for locals getting big air which was a blast to watch. We ended up going upwind to ride in main Cabarete Bay in less crowded area (off Punta Goleta). The grass area in front of condo is good for pumping and folding kites. Local kids hustle to rig/rinse/de-rig your gear for whatever you want to pay them. No wetsuit or booties needed and a week of good wind made it a fantastic destination in March. We definitely look forward to a future stay. Thank you Scott!

Fantastic

Absolutely loved the property. We felt at home and enjoyed everything. The space is lovely and well designed. The pool is deep and spacious. The beach is for kite boarding but we were able to find a spot that was great for swimming with little kids. I anticipate a return very soon. So far our favorite rental in the Dominican Republic!

Awesome condo with plenty of room for two families, super well maintained common areas, nice pool and good kite surfing shows! For kiters, the launch/land spot is perfect with Sandro and Wilson ready to help! Had some issues with Internet and the A/C and were quickly resolve by Calin, the manager. Super responsive and kind support! As always, the food prepared by Maribel and Elizabeth was a bonus for our vacation! Will be back. Tx Felix

Beautiful view but stay just ok

The condo was beautiful and very large. The maid came at the correct time the first time and then the second time she came two hours early and some of us were still in bed. We told the manager and she apoligized for the inconvenience but then the maid came two hours early again on the last day while we were trying to get ready to leave. The hot water didn't work in two baths for two days. We didn't realize that the whole area has inadequate sewers so no toilet paper could be flushed down the toilet in the condo as well as in the town. Gross!

Condo on Kite Beach

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location for kiters with kids. Safe and secure. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Loved having access to the pool and the beach below. Amazing views and sunsets. The condo is spacious and comfortable so plenty of room to spread out. Only thing it was missing was a grill for dinner preparation (with kids in tow we did most of our meals at the condo). Thanks Scott! Hope to be back soon.

Wonderful!!

The place is beautiful, clean and big! No risk of being cramped. The location was perfect , close to town but quiet and the locals were very friendly. We loved watching the kite boarders while relaxing at the pool.
