It features 3 bedrooms 2 king beds and 1 queen, each with its own ensuite bathroom for maximum comfort. An additional half bath adds extra convenience for guests. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a cozy, good-vibe living room —perfect for relaxing or sharing moments.

Outside, a large private pool invites you to slow down, while the ocean-view terrace —in one of Casa Linda’s elevated areas, becomes your favorite spot from the very first sunset.

Toilet paper, trash bags, and welcome soap are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for restocking. Paper towels are not included.

🧹 Cleaning Service
Light cleaning is offered every other day, usually starting around 10:00 a.m. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to receive service on a specific day.

💧 Water Supply
You’ll receive one 1-gallon bottle of purified water upon arrival. Refills are available for RD\$150.

🏊 Pool Operation
The pool runs on an automatic timer — always clean, always ready.

🔐 Safes
Each bedroom includes a digital safe.

1. Open the door and remove the inside cover.
2. Press the red button until it beeps.
3. Enter a 4-digit code and press “Enter.”
4. Repeat the code and press “Enter” again.
⚠️ Do not store items until the code is confirmed. Lost key: RD\$150.

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays to avoid damage.

Reserved for staff use only. Not accessible to guests.

🏘️ Community Guidelines – Casa Linda

Casa Linda is a private gated community committed to peace, order, and safety. Please respect the following rules:

1. Speed limit: 30 KPH (18 MPH)
2. Lower windows when approaching the security gate
3. Park only in your assigned space
4. Motorcycles and ATVs are not allowed inside for renters or visitors
  ➡️ However, you may park ATVs outside at the Welcome Center
5. Visitors may only enter if accompanied by the renter
6. Only registered taxis are allowed inside
7. Maximum of two people per bedroom (families excluded)
8. One vehicle allowed after 10 p.m. on weekdays / 11 p.m. on weekends
9. Special events require prior approval from administration
10. Visitors must present original IDs (no photocopies)
11. Unregistered visitors will be removed and banned
12. Visitors must remain with the renter at all times
13. Crowds are not allowed at the community entrances
14. Visitors must comply with all community rules
15. First noise violation = warning; second = fine or eviction
16. Music allowed at moderate volume:
  - 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (weekdays)
  - 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (weekends)
17. No loud music, profanity, or disturbances after hours
18. Karaoke is not permitted at any time
19. Minors must be registered and accompanied by an adult
20. Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited
21. Drone use is not allowed unless authorized
22. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property
