Our property is one of the few truly gated communities. With 24 hour security you can rest easy. In order to enter, you will have to provide passports, the security guards are very kind and helpful but there to protect you. It should be known, that Sosua is a very safe city and a smile goes a long way.


This is truly a great getaway for a family. We are a family and we love the close proximity to everything and enough amenities to stay in our Villa all day if we want.
