Although the owner was great, this property just wasn’t worth it for me, way too noisy and my room had an issue with air conditioner so imagine how uncomfortable i was sleeping in 90-95 degree heat .

The place was great. Everything was in great working order: * A/C - cooled the air very nicely and quickly * shower - very good water pressure, the hot water stays hot very long, and easy to adjust * safe - works with key and code * stovetop - all burners working The apartment has parking, and is very close to everything. The bed was pretty comfortable. Juguens, the owner, should give classes on how to operate customer oriented business. Lots of other businesses in Sosua can benefit from it. He cares about his place, and he is there to resolve any issues instead of giving you "go away" messages of tomorrow.

For the most part on a short stay motel is good just be prepared not to get much sleep lots of traffic and motorcycles going by very loud all hours non stop only time it stops is if it rains
