Living room couch, comfortable if you are under 12. Gym still not opened. No washer in unit. Laundry service is offered. During a rain storm we had several leaks. Good points are that there is an elevator and the location is great. Walking distance to beaches and lots of restaurants.

This is a lovely place to stay in Sosua. The apartment we booked was not ready when we arrived, and so we were given another one, a bit larger, on the floor below. It was fine for us, and we enjoyed our stay, as well as we could, given the circumstances - we were there for a family funeral.

View from the balcony was great, pool was nice.The building staff can do your laundry (I got the recommendation from an aquaintance who lives as an expat in Las Terrenas to tip 500DOP per load.)Gym is not open yet and it looks like they're planning on opening a restaurant which is also not open yet so I can't comment on those.
