Located at the entrance of the project, Kite Drive 108 oversees the project. This modern and functional building is the largest of the Ocean Dream residences. It has 40 studios, as well 20 commercial units located on the first floor. The central aisle of the project provides access to the beach, which is less than 200 meters from the building.
The residential area has a tropical flower garden, a large pool with a gazebo and a BBQ. It also offers a laundry service.
THE STUDIO
This beautiful and cozy 3rd floor mini-penthouse studio with king size bed, is located in the highly desirable Ocean Dream complex in central Cabarete, which is walking distance to all points of interest.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove top, full size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils/dishes you could need. Also included are bath & beach towels as well as bed linens.
This Ocean Dream mini-penthouse studio features a private balcony terrace with great pool and tropical garden views.
Price is inclusive of: AC, electricity except for stays over one month (with 24h backup generator), cable TV with international channels, dedicated fiber optic WiFi and propane cooking gas.
