Fantastic panoramic view of the sea. Plenty of space on 2 floors for holidays with large families, friends or small seminar groups. Roof terrace + large garden terrace with sea view and shady seating areas invite you to relax. Large kitchen with dining table and very good kitchen equipment. Tasteful furnishings. Large Mediterranean garden with olive trees, oranges, figs + almond trees on 4,700m2. Barbecue + pizza oven available.
Spacious house (155mÂČ) for up to 12 people, ideal for families with children (cots, toys and highchairs available). The attic studio with bathroom and roof terrace for 3-4 people is accessible via a separate external staircase.
Sea view from the roof terrace and large terrace on the ground floor, as far as Corsica on a clear day. Great uncrowded beaches within easy reach.
New furnishings in most rooms, new kitchen with extensive kitchen equipment. A total of 5 bedrooms are available: 2 rooms on the ground floor with 2 single beds each, bathroom next door. 1 bedroom with sofa bed (2m x 1.40m), extra bathroom with washing machine. Media room, conservatory and living room with access to the terrace on the ground floor. Sofa bed in the living room, mattress in the conservatory.
There is AC in the flat on the top floor and ceiling fans in all bedrooms on the ground floor.
The long sandy beaches of Sorso and Platamona are only 3-5 minutes away by car, a beautiful footpath leads to the nearest beach in approx. 15 minutes.

Sorso with its good shopping facilities and the nearest supermarket are only a few minutes away by car or on foot. Sassari with its many shopping facilities and beautiful old town centre is only 15 km away.

HĂŽte est trĂšs rĂ©active sur les Ă©changes et le gardien sur place disponible si besoin.Attention l’annonce est trompeuse, il est indiquĂ© 6 chambres dans le descriptif et 5 chambres quand on lit bien l’annonce
Que 5 chambres dont 1 est vraiment minuscule pour 2 jeunes enfants vu la taille des lits.L’annonce indique 12 couchages mais pour moi il n’y en a que 11.ObligĂ© de dĂ©mĂ©nager 2 lits puisqu’il faisait au moins 40 degrĂ©s dans la piĂšce oĂč ils Ă©taient rebaptisĂ©e « le piton de la fournaise » impossible d’y dormir mĂȘme en se couchant tard Ă  la fraĂźche !2 personnes ont donc dĂ» dormir dans le salon, trĂšs peu d’intimitĂ©.Seule partie climatisĂ©e l’étage mais vitre de la porte cassĂ©e et seulement une moustiquaire, climatisation quasi impossible Ă  rĂ©gler et gaspillage d’énergie consĂ©quent.Sans la climatisation annoncĂ©e rez-de-chaussĂ©e trĂšs chaud et les ventilateurs insuffisants surtout qu’1 fonctionne difficilement, il faut lancer l’hĂ©lice Ă  la main pour qu’il dĂ©marre et 1 autre ne fonctionne pas du tout.Bon nombre de chaises sont dĂ©boĂźtĂ©es ou avec les renforts des pieds cassĂ©s donc attention en vous asseyant.Gestion des dĂ©chets pas au point et ceux des prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires Ă©taient lĂ  Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.Beaucoup de fourmis mĂȘme en faisant attention.Refregirateur trop petit et qui a du mal Ă  faire le froid. Nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© d’avoir quelques bouteille d’eau fraĂźche Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.RĂ©gion trĂšs belle et plutĂŽt tranquille mais la mer n’est pas Ă  15 min Ă  pieds, plutĂŽt 30.

Gute Ferien, mit nur wenigen Hindernissen

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus war relativ sauber und es befand sich in fast jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator um zu kĂŒhlen. Die erwĂ€hnt Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, aber nur im oberen Stock, denn das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke und nur das obere kann mit der Klimaanlage gekĂŒhlt werden, fĂŒr das untere Stockwerk mĂŒssen die Ventilatoren hinreichen. Die angekĂŒndigten ObstbĂ€ume im Beschrieb des Hauses existieren zwar, waren aber als wir dort waren alle neu gepflanzt und haben weder guten Schatten gespendet, noch zur Ambiance beigetragen. Der Check-In Prozess war sehr einfach und simpel. Was aber zu beachten ist, dass der Verwalter des Hauses nur Italienisch spricht. Es ist nĂ€mlich nicht die Person, welche auf der Website angegeben ist. Also stimmt es schon, dass die Besitzerin die angegebenen Sprachen spricht, nicht jedoch der Verwalter. Zum GlĂŒck hatten wir jemanden dabei der Italienisch sprechen konnte. Die KĂŒche des Hauses ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist viel Geschirr und eine GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine vorhanden. Der Herd ist jedoch ein Gasherd, das heisst Streichhölzer nicht vergessen. Die KĂŒche scheint auch durch kleine Löcher in der Wand mit dem Aussenbereich verbunden zu sein. Darum patroullierten immer ein paar Ameisen durch die KĂŒche. Als wir dann begonnen haben zu kochen hat sich ĂŒber die Nacht eine Ameisenstrasse quer durch die KĂŒche gebildet. Das Problem konnte dann mit Insektengift aus dem Supermarkt behandelt werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist ziemlich gut, der Strand ist schnell zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto erreichbar, wir empfehlen den Bao Bao Beach. WĂ€hrend unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir 2 mal von streunenden Hunden besucht, welche aber nur kurze Zeit da waren. Die Nachbaren welche bei der Einfahrt ihr Haus haben, haben Hunde welche zwar hinter einem Zaun sind aber unglaublich laut und aggressiv Bellen wenn man vorbei fĂ€hrt/geht. Ein Auto ist definitiv nötig um das Haus zu erreichen oder sonst in Sardinien zurecht zu kommen. Ein Auto kann aber mit der FĂ€hre mitgenommen werden oder beim Flugplatz gemietet werden. Die Besitzerin hat immer gut mit uns kommuniziert und bei Problemen mit Ameisen oder Wlan geholfen. Abschliessend kann man sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist und ich das Haus weiter empfehlen wĂŒrde, wenn man die oben erwĂ€hnten MĂ€ngel akzeptiert oder selbst Lösungen dafĂŒr sucht.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, riesiges GrundstĂŒck, traumhafter Meerblick mit Sonnenauf- und -untergang

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Sorso. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig. Uns haben noch 2 Familien besucht, und fĂŒr alle war genug Platz. Das GrundstĂŒck ist riesig und, v.a. fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern interessant, ist komplett eingezĂ€unt. D.h., man kann die Kinder unbesorgt spielen lassen, wĂ€hrend man die wunderschöne Aussicht von der großen Terrasse oder aus der HĂ€ngematte unter dem Mandelbaum geniesst. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Minuten erledigt. Den Strand selber hat man im Mai so ziemlich fĂŒr sich alleine, und trotzdem haben die meisten Strandcafes geöffnet, sodass wir wirklich einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit vielen leckeren Cappuccini hatten. Das Haus ist mittlerweile komplett neu verputzt, sieht also bedeutend schöner aus, als auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Die Außenanlage direkt ums Haus war noch etwas roh, was aber kein wirkliches Problem ist. Also, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
