Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. But I got lost and so frustrated after long train ride. Then Marco to the rescue. They came in a scooter and Marco helped me take my bags and walk to the accommodations.whew thank goodness. My Blue marina room was great location (however not close to marina) but everything is easy walk. Marina about 15 minutes. Grocery Market just a block away. Main streets for hustle bustle tourist walks only 3 blocks. Main square only 10 min walk. Then I took taxi to train when I left (less than 5 mins 20 euros).

Vår i Sorrento

For ein stad, Sorrento! Like utanfor den gamle bymuren ligg Blue Rooms. Ikkje hotell, men nokre private rom med den beste service ein kan få. Marco er nærast ein personleg assistent for gjestene sine. Alt kan han ordna! Reise frå Napoli flyhavn, til Pompei, båt til Capri og kva ein ellers ynskjer. Sjølve byen kan travast til fots utan problem. Ein bur ved Ibsen-parken, ja Henrik Ibsen budde her i mange år. No er bustaden hans vorte eit stort hotell, men ein kan spørja om å få sjå der han heldt til. Peer Gynt er skriven her. Ved sjøen kan ein få servert fisk og middelhavsprodukt. I Sorrento finst ein restaurant som nærast har pastashow, og der ein bur er det ein restaurant med asiatisk mat kor kelnaren er erstatta med nettbrett, alt elegant og uvant. Fullt av kos og god kjensle over alt i Sorrento! Reis dit og ha det kjekt! Ikkje køyr bil, ta tog buss eller shuttle.
