Great location and only five minutes to the centre, and station . Perfect if just want a base for Pompeii etc. large clean room with good facilities. But the photos for our room were for another one. Pool was closed and unkept, so can't comment on condition if open, but quite run down outside area., Apartment on a noisy road. Some of the apartments were residential , couldn't see evidence of any spa treatments. No breakfast, coffee machine,tea and biscuits provided.

We couldn’t find the room as it was behind yellow gates with no indication of the rooms being located there. The gates were also locked so couldn’t enter to look for the room. It was quite stressful when we had just arrived there. I rang the contact number and no one answered. Someone called me back minutes later and had to get another staff member to call me. They eventually let us in but the rooms could do with a sign so people know where to go.

Amazing stay!

We stayed in the Napoli room and really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Modern and clean room, great amenities including coffee pod machine, and complimentary mini prosecco, waters, juices, crackers and biscuits on arrival - really nice touches. The bathroom was very spacious with a lovely waterfall shower head. Breakfast was also included, this consisted of vouchers to use at Zubra 2.0 Cafe across the road, redeemable for a pastry, hot coffee and cold drink each morning. They had gluten free options to accommodate my coeliac partner. One thing to note is the adress may be different from what Google says. For the Napoli room, this was located at Via degli Aranci, 80. I believe Sorrento Rooms has properties at two different locations which aren't far from each other... the adress was correct in our Hotels.com app booking but different from our initial booking confirmation email so there was a bit of confusion on our end for where to check in. All of this was promptly sorted though via WhatsApp and a lovely gentleman came to greet us on arrival. Overall amazing value, and a great safe location. You are within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main square, ferry station and train station. Was a perfect base for our day trips to Positano, Amalfi and Capri. We will definitely choose to stay again if we return to Sorrento!

Je n avais pas été assez vigilante sur la description de l établissement lors de ma réservation : il s agit d un Airbnb. Il était précisé parking disponible sur place, payant, ce qui n était pas le cas. Après avoir demandé deux fois où se situait le parking, un m a été indiqué, bien loin de l appartement quand l on porte plus de 40kg chacun... A 211e/nuit, j'ai été déçu du rapport qualité prix.
