The property also offers air conditioning and heating in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and includes bed linen and towels, along with a courtesy kit (soap, shampoo, toilet paper). A crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment with no shared areas. For those arriving by car, free private parking is available on-site for small and medium-sized vehicles. Thanks to its strategic location, the apartment is easily reachable even without a car: the Circumvesuviana train station is just a 10-minute walk away, while the Sorrento port, with ferries to Capri, Ischia, and the Amalfi Coast, is about 15 minutes away. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM (late check-in: 8:30–11:30 PM + €30, 11:30 PM–2:00 AM + €50); check-out by 10:00 AM. The city tax is not included and must be paid in cash upon arrival: €4.00 per person per night, up to 7 nights (guests under 18 exempt).
