The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.
Outside, there is a large private garden with parking, a barbecue area, a wood-fired oven, and a shared pool.
Just a short walk from downtown Sorrento, the central train station, and the port.
Nearby (2 minutes away) are restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a guest bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom (suitable for 2 people).

The upper floor, accessible via both the stairs and the internal elevator, features two triple bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a balcony (suitable for three people).

All rooms in the house are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, TV, closet, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

The house has a shared washing machine.
