Was a nice stay in Sorrento. The check in process was not exactly easy but everything else was good. The woman who cleans the rooms and provides breakfast is wonderful - minimal English but a very warm and welcoming presence.

Our stay in Sorrento was truly amazing from beginning to end. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station, as well as all the shops and incredible restaurants, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The place itself was beautiful and spotless, with everything very well taken care of. Communication with the host was excellent—always quick, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with great options, and having it brought to our room at our preferred time was such a special touch. The lady who took care of the cleaning and breakfast was incredibly sweet and kind, adding a warm, personal feel to the experience. We loved our stay in Sorrento and would definitely come back to this wonderful place!

This was fantastic, super easy to walk to the shops and the beach clubs. The host was incredible and made sure we had our breakfast on time and it was fresh every morning. We would highly recommend staying here!!

Good location but check in was awful. Please note that it is a remote check in and no one is on property. Host says they are available 8am to 10pm on What’s App, when we arrived for check in (after check in time) and reached out, the host did not reply for over 1.5 hours as we waited with our luggage. Had to reach out to Expedia to help. No apologies were given either. I would not stay here again due to the difficulty of check in.

We had a wonderful stay at Melrose Sorrento. Great location from downtown as well as train station. Apartment is very well decorated and so clean. Breakfast was amazing and the only regret I have is not spending more time there!
