In the heart of Sorrento, just a short walk from the historic centre and the city's main attractions, Marano Deluxe is a spacious, bright apartment completely renovated in May 2026, designed to offer a stay defined by comfort, space and tranquillity. With three double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a long balcony accessible from every bedroom, it is the perfect choice for families and groups of up to 6 guests who want to discover Sorrento and its beautiful coastline while enjoying the comforts of a home away from home.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residential building with a lift, within a private gated residential complex. This particularly convenient setting allows guests to stay in central Sorrento while enjoying a welcome sense of privacy, away from the bustle of the busiest streets.



The recent renovation has brought new life to every room, with updated furnishings, modern finishes and thoughtfully designed spaces that combine functionality with comfort. High ceilings, wide hallways and a harmonious layout create a wonderfully airy and welcoming atmosphere, especially appreciated by families and groups of friends travelling together.



The three double bedrooms are bright, comfortable and carefully furnished. Each features individually controlled air conditioning, storage space for personal belongings and direct access to the large balcony running along the sleeping area. Two bedrooms also have a TV, while one includes a convenient desk, ideal for guests who need to work remotely using the fast, reliable Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.



The long balcony, furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, is one of the apartment's most distinctive features. From here, guests can enjoy glimpses of everyday life in Sorrento, overlooking a quiet street, historic buildings and the greenery surrounding one of the area's best-known hotels. It is a lovely place to start the morning outdoors or unwind after a day of exploring. Recently installed double-glazed windows also provide effective sound insulation, helping to keep the interiors peaceful and comfortable.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare everyday meals and connects directly to the dining room, creating a welcoming space for leisurely breakfasts, shared lunches and relaxed dinners. A second utility balcony, accessible from the kitchen, offers additional practical space for drying laundry during longer stays.



Both bathrooms were completely renovated in May 2026 and feature modern finishes and spacious showers. Hairdryers, bed linen and a complete towel set for each guest are provided, including a bath towel, face towel and bidet towel. An initial welcome supply of soap, shampoo and toilet paper is also available upon arrival.



One of Marano Deluxe's greatest advantages is undoubtedly its location. Sorrento's historic centre, with its charming narrow streets, artisan shops, restaurants and lively squares, is easily accessible on foot. The railway station, port, supermarkets and numerous everyday services are also nearby. From here, guests can easily plan excursions to Pompeii and Naples, take a ferry to Capri or explore Positano, Amalfi and the other enchanting villages along the Amalfi Coast.



For guests travelling by car, the property does not offer private parking. However, a parking space may be arranged, subject to availability, at a nearby partner car park for an approximate cost of €25 per day. Advance booking is recommended, especially during the high season.



Check-in is normally carried out in person by a member of our staff, who will welcome you, show you around the apartment and gladly share useful information and local recommendations. Guests are required to agree on their arrival time in advance and remain in contact with our staff in the days leading up to check-in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM incur a €30 late check-in fee, while arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM incur a €50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-in after 2:00 AM is normally unavailable. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.



In accordance with Italian law, a valid identity document must be presented for every guest upon arrival for registration with the relevant authorities. From April to October, the City of Sorrento also applies a tourist tax of €4 per person per night, payable in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt.
