We were blown away by this property and the space it had!! It was so wonderful and you cannot beat the location that it is. We had such a great view and our own little balcony area that was lovely.

We booked the Superior Balcony unit that had the view of Corso Italia. It was definitely a great welcome and we had fun taking pictures and videos of the beautiful street. However, beware as they have it advertised "SOUND PROOF ROOMS." This is certainly not the case. You can hear the streets like you were outside. You will hear loud music and chattering. If you are okay with that, then this should be good enough for the price. The location is perfect. Close to everything including to the port. Cleanliness on Unit1 Superior Balcony City View was great minus some molds in the bathroom. However, when we were moved to Standard Condo, it was not as pristine as Unit 1. Unit 2 had very small standing shower. I am 5'3 about 116 lbs and I thought it was small. It also leaks into the rest of the bathroom because you can't close the door properly. In addition, the AC was not as strong as the one in Unit 1. This was very important as we were travelling during the summer. It was certainly quiet. You will not hear the streets at all. Their communication is great. They do use whats app so I would download that.
