This place was located right in the heart of the city, extremely convenient to shopping, the marina, great restaurants and walking to spectacular views of the coast. Andrea was very helpful in recommending restaurants and tours and sightseeing suggestions. He also assisted us in arranging our transfer to the Naples airport. Great location and great staff.

We had an excellent experience at the ambasciata in sorrento. It was very well located . The room was very large. The best part was the young manager Andrea he was so incredibly helpful with every facet of our trip. I have travelled quite a bit and have never found a young manager who has ever been more helpful . I would definitely stay there again. 10 stars

This is a very simple accommodation in sorrento. Highlights are that it is a nice location with close access to everything. For the price, I suppose it is good as it was clean, safe and a good location however the room and the grounds were very bare bones. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Our room was right off of the lobby, which I wasn’t expecting. If you are looking for a good low rate and you’re just traveling in and out of the room there’s nothing bad to say about it, but I guess from the photos I had higher expectations of something a little better with a view and the reviews were 5 star so I guess I had high expectations. The host was very nice and check in was easy but this is my honest review. If you are looking for a clean and simple place this is for you, but it wouldn’t be for me again.
