Excellent location with friendly and helpful staffs. Housekeeping is perfect with daily change of clean towels and pool towels if you need. Pool is a little small but as expected for a small property. Breakfast unchanged but sufficient, lots of fruits selection. Would highly recommend this hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel in Sorrento. The location is excellent - steps to Piazza Tasso. The room felt very Amalfi/Sorrento feel with accents of yellow tile for that lemon vibe. The skybar served an excellent lemon shrimp risotto, and their basil smash drinks were so refreshing on those hot summer days. We loved the infinity style pool - it’s not massive, but perfect to cool off, admire the view, and give you the ultimate feeling of relaxation. The staff was super professional and hospitable - from the front desk to the cleaning crew, to maintenance, and pool/skybar staff, everyone was very polite and pleased to provide their assistance. Cinzia at the front desk was lovely and super thoughtful in the way she supported her team members and walked us through different tour options. She made us feel like she was genuinely interested in hearing about our day when we would turn in for the night or see her the next morning. One small consideration that may be a negative for guests with a vehicle, the hotel doesn’t have parking on site. They instead offer a valet parking service for €25 per night. Should you need to access your vehicle, you will need to provide 30 mins notice or, if you’re not in a time crunch, will need to wait about 30 mins before they bring you your car. This was only applicable for our check-out day but since we were not in a rush to leave we were happy to wait and enjoy a coffee from the downstairs bar. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

Hotel Plaza was an amazing experience. Literally 200 metres on flat from Piazza Tasso. Sky bar & pool were a fantastic surprise! Rooms were cleaned twice a day - one big clean and one refresh of swim towels. Breakfast was more than substantial; everything from bacon to fresh fruit to salmon to bread. Cannot rate hotel and staff highly enough.

We loved this hotel. All staff were superb. Matteo and Cinzia were so helpful. Loved the Sky Bar and pool- great place to relax and recharge after a busy day. So convenient to the shopping and restaurants. Would visit again!

Super clean room, comfy bed, great Air Conditioning! The included breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Location was perfect, just steps from the main square, shopping and restaurants. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. They even arranged (on less that a days notice!) for a tour of Pompeii that picked us up directly in front of the hotel. They also arranged for a driver take us to and from the airport and the service they used was wondeful. My only complaint would be that I would have liked an extra outlet in the bathroom for my flat iron. I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is located just about a 1 minute walk from the center of town. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Service was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Sorrento

We had a pleasant stay at The Plaza Hotel. The location is fantastic, and the rooftop amenities really stood out. The sky bar offered stunning views of Sorrento, and we were especially impressed by the service; Christiano and Marco were both friendly and attentive, making our evenings up there even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool was a great way to cool off during the hot afternoons and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Our only real complaint was the size of the room as it was quite small considering the price point. Still, the overall experience was positive, especially thanks to the excellent staff and beautiful rooftop features. Would recommend, especially for couples or solo traveler’s.

Lovely hotel, v friendly staff, lovely bathroom & comfy beds, nice breakfasts, great location with minimal walk to central area of Sorrento. Horizon pool on roof was v cool with great views! Struggled to find it by car initially as roads bit confusing around there. Also parking wasn't included (which wasn't stated) so had to pay extra for valet service offsite. Electrics kept shorting out in our room and alternative room was offered instead.

We loved staying at Hotel Plaza. The hotel nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. It is right in the center so we went lots of places by walking. Hotel staff members are friendly, polite and very helpful.
