Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.

Equipe de funcionários mal educada e ríspida. Salvo o pessoal do café da manhã. Check in terrível, só pode entrar no quarto às 14h mesmo com o quarto pronto. Cobram uma taxa alta para checkin antecipado. Até aí, tudo bem, direito e escolha do hotel. Mas não cadastram o quarto e grosseiramente mandam voltar às 14h. Às 14h todos os novos hóspedes, ao mesmo tempo, tentam fazer checkin, atrasando a entrada e sobrecarregando as recepcionistas. Inclusive, me indicaram um quarto e na hora de fechar, já não tinha mais o quarto porque a outra recepcionista selecionou o quarto ao mesmo tempo. Meu cadastro não tinha UMA palavra certa, tudo com erro de digitação por uma pressa e falta de atenção tremendas. Uma experiência horrenda. Fui passar um dia pra ir a um casamento, tive que me arrumar em 25 minutos porque não consegui entrar no quarto no horário do checkin, mesmo tendo chegado meio dia lá. Terrível!!! Quanto ao quarto, não tem o que reclamar: amplo, limpo, confortável. Banheiro agradável. Café da manhã delicioso e funcionários gentis, uma experiência positiva depois de tudo. Não voltaria porque atrapalhou minha experiência no casamento de uma grande amiga. Não recomendo. Um hotel com tanto potencial com equipe tão mal treinada.
