Péssimo isolamento acústico. Eu conseguia ouvir a TV do quarto ao lado. Solicitei apoio a recepção em vão, por várias vezes. Eu mesmo falei com o hóspede ao lado, e mesmo após abaixar a tv o ruído ainda continuava. Ele também me relatou insatisfação com o ruído em outras noites.

Fomos em casal e 2 crianças e ficamos somente 1 noite. Gostamos muito do quarto família em que ficamos, contava com banheira hidromassagem e 2 camas solteiro e uma de casal, quarto bastante amplo e confortável. TV com bastante variedade de canais. O café da manhã estava muito gostoso, não conta com grande variedade de itens, mas tudo é de excelente qualidade (destaque para o croissant de chocolate na minha opinião). Também jantamos no restaurante do hotel e os pratos foram ótimos e bastante generosos na quantidade. Utilizamos também a piscina com as crianças e é muito boa, com um bonito teto transparente, somente o ponto de melhoria é a temperatura da água que não estava muito aquecida, crianças passaram frio em pouco tempo e tivemos que retornar ao quarto. Na área da piscina ainda há um espaço de academia e um espaço de jogos com mesa de ping pong e pebolim (não chegamos a utilizar).
