Tudo estava bem limpo, o atendimento é excelente! O problema é o hotel ja ser bem antigo e infelizmente os banheiros serem muito antigos. O banheiro do apto que ficamos estava ok, mas com o suporte quebrado. O dos meus pais estava com o registro e chuveiro quebrados. Ali poderia melhorar bastante, de todos os ibis que ja ficamos, ele é muito simples por ser o intermediário.

Cheguei às 15h30, tive que esperar 1hora liberarem o meu quarto. Me deram um quarto PCD, cama baixa dura, horrível. Pedi pra trocarem o quarto e esperei mais 1h por isso. Cama ruim, travesseiros já precisam ser trocados. Coberta fedida com ctz na houve troca. Íbis decaiu absurdamente. Hotel com aspecto de encardido.
