Only stayed at Ibis for one night at a small room, but I've stayed at other Ibis locations many times and they do not disappoint. Very streamed lined and straight forward. A great value stay.

The pool table in the lobby was a great addition. The staff was very friendly and knew a decent amount of english and spanish. The cleaning crew was always doing a wonderful job. The only issue I had with the hotel was that breakfast was not that great, and that the television did not offer many sports channels. It would have been nice to watch ESPN. Whether it be soccer, football, or even golf, I would have loved to have been able to watch some sports. That all being said, I loved my time there and will gladly come back.

Estadia com pontos positivos e negativos importantes ​Pontos Positivos: O quarto estava bem limpo e o hotel nos recebeu com uma água de cortesia, o que foi uma gentileza. O ar condicionado funcionava muito bem e a cortina blackout era de ótima qualidade, garantindo um sono tranquilo. ​Pontos a Melhorar: A experiência foi prejudicada por problemas estruturais e de conveniência. O quarto e o banheiro são extremamente apertados e a iluminação é fraca. O chuveiro, apesar da água vir bem quente, tem um jato muito fino. Com chuveiro melhor, iria ajudar a relaxar mais o corpo, após dia cansativo! O mais grave, no entanto, foi a falta de comodidades básicas: não havia frigobar e, principalmente, não havia telefone no quarto, nos obrigando a sair ao corredor para qualquer comunicação com a equipe do hotel, o que é inaceitável.

Padrão Ibis, razoavelmente aconchegante mas bem funcional. O problema nesta unidade é que as janelas (supostamente blackout ) deixam frestas enormes nas laterais, com a claridade invadindo o quarto muito dedo. Outro problema deste Ibis é que fica na parte detrás do Novotel, sendo necessário andar à pé várias vezes por uma distância razoável (para quem tem problema para andar) pois o check-in, check-out e embarque/desembarque de veículo estacionado, tudo é feito na parte da frente do hotel principal, distante mais de 50 metros. Também houve um problema com o bloqueio do cartão de acesso ao apartamento uma meia hora antes do horário do check-out. Fui colocar uma bagagem no carrinho que estava no corredor, bem ao lado da porta, e fiquei "preso" do lado de fora, tive que pedir ajuda, etc

Quarto ruim e muito pequeno

Fiz reserva com cama de casal e solteiro no chão como estava na foto e era cama beliche em cima da cama de casal. Não gostamos. Paguei a mais pela cama no chão e me colocaram em outro quarto. Banheiro minúsculo, chuveiro sem pressão de água.

Foi a primeira vez que passamos uma semana hospedados em um Ibis Budget. A limpeza ficou a desejar, com tufos de cabelo e pó embaixo da cama (como fomos com uma pet pequena, ela entrou embaixo da cama e saiu suja). Para uma semana de estadia, não ficaríamos novamente devido ao tamanho dos quartos, principalmente quando fomos ficar com nossa filha (é extremamente pequeno para 3 pessoas). Um ponto que vemos em todos os ibis, e nesse não foi diferente, é o box do banheiro que não fecha direito e molha fora. O atendente do dia do nosso check-out foi grosseiro na tratativa.
