A equipe de funcionários é o grande destaque deste hotel, simpáticos e prestativos. Localização ótima. Porém, tem muito barulho dos outros quartos, café da manhã deixa a desejar, lençóis de cama velhos, rasgados. Área de lazer e jogos precisa de revitalização, aparência de abandonada. O local tem potencial, mas, precisa começar a fazer ajustes na infraestrutura toda e qualificar o pessoal que cuida da cozinha para que tragam variedade e ofereçam itens frescos, apresentáveis.

Primeiro quando chegamos não acharam a nossa reserva e a pessoa que nos atendeu estava bom uma má vontade grande. Depois muito barulho de pessoas hospedadas batendo nas portas para chamar outras pessoas. E finalmente a conversa em alto tom depois do horário de silêncio. Enfim não foi uma experiência agradável.
