Six day business stay (basic but good value)

The hotel worked out well for my stay in Trondheim. There was a lot happening in Trondheim when I booked so there was nnot much available. However this place was relatively inexpensive and was available. The room was very basic and didn't have some things like you would expected in a standard hotel (such as a wardrobe or safe). However, for the price, this is potentially what you would expect. You could get food and drink for breakfast and lunch there - however there was plenty of places in Trondheim where you could get breakfast and lunch so this was not a problem for me. The room was comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from the trains. One note: if you want you room to be cleaned, make sure you inform reception when you would like it done otherwise they will not do it.

Worst sleep of our trip listening to the trains all night outside of our window. The room was hot so we had to keep the window open. Our bed had dirty spots on it and was rickety and falling apart. This hotel chain should be ashamed of themselves, when the rest of Norway is ROCKING IT.

Very convenient location when on foot

I loved the bed - very comfortable. Front desk people were great to explain cultural differences. Breakfast choices very limited.

Basic hotel with no breakfast

Advertised with breakfast and parking. Breakfast is a take out box with a bread roll they call Ciabata, apple and coffee. Was expecting a full breakfast with eggs etc. ended up with a vegetarian roll (I don't eat ham). And a coffee from an earn. Good coffee is extra. Beware the parking offered is appx $14 more per day. Free at night until 8am. Rooms are average for Norway. Very small for N.America. difficult hotel to access.

A little gem in Trondheim

We had a excellent stay. The location was fantastic- right on the water and a quick walk to The Hurtigruten Terminal. The room was very clean and a good size. Good coffee and croissants in the morning.

As an overnight only traveller the hotel was just what we needed. The train station is close and the town centre itself is just across the bridge. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful.

Customer services absolutely dire. Made no attempt to even engage with me. Solo female completely intimidated by this hotel- I didn't even get to stay. Have cancelled all further stays with hotels.fom

Very nice receptionist. One sandwich choice. One beer option for sale..Very quiet. Beds were very clean. No electrical outlet in bathroom. One behind bed didn't work. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. You didn't want to walk barefoot on the floor.
