Close to the central beach, its bars, restaurants and nightclubs, refurbished 43m2 apartment on the ground floor of a 1970s residence. Access to the residence's common car park. Wifi by Airbox.

Entrance (3.41m2). WC with washbasin. Main kitchen/living room (22.24m2) including a fitted kitchen area: fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, Magimix kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge area (on West balcony) with TV and a sofa bed for 2 people.
Large bedroom with east-facing balcony (parking side): 1 160x200 bed. Adjoining bathroom: basin and bathtub.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Très bien placé par rapport à la plage et lumineux.Les 2 rues sont bruyantes la nuit, pour ceux qui ont un sommeil difficile.La terrasse est vraiment petite, mais pour 2 cela convient.
