At the foot of the dune, access to the beach in 2 minutes, it is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends. Renovated in 2017, contemporary style, it is a comfortable house, functional and happy!
Our Villa of 145 m2 can accommodate 9 people and includes: Bright living room with dining room opening onto a large partly covered terrace, living room with flat screen TV. The veranda overlooks the swimming pool with teak table 10 people - Secure parking.
Modern kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, small appliances. Bedroom N ° 1 with 1 bed 160 - Ensuite bathroom with Italian shower rainshower. - Bedroom N ° 2 with 1 bed 160 + flat screen TV - Shower room with rainshower shower - Bedroom N ° 3 with 2 beds 90 + flat screen TV, Bathroom with Italian shower and rainshower - Room N ° 4 very large , with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90. 2 separate WC. A great week

Fabulous house and pool. Plenty of space for everyone. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the lake. Lovely town with great ice creams! A lovely relaxing week.

Perfect vacation home

The house is perfectly located, close to a wonderful beach and not too far from Hossegor centre. We spent a great week in this house and would have loved to stay longer. The pool is good sized and big fun, the kitchen is amazingly well equipped and all rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Catherine was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. We can highly recommend this house.

Im Haus, nicht viel auszusetzen ausser verstopfte AbflĂŒsse in einer Dusche und in der KĂŒche. Sehr sauber. Außenanlage (Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, Grill) sollte erneuert werden, angesichts der Preisklasse Wasser im Schwimmbad kalt, obwohl im Chat erwĂ€hnt wird dass das Schwimmbad bis Mitte September beheizt wird Endreinigung plötzlich kostenpflichtig

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Haus.

Wir lieben die französchische AtlantikkĂŒste und hier besonders die Region um Hossegor. Das Haus liegt direkt hinter den DĂŒnen und auch am See oder in der City ist man mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten. Das Auto kann also viel pausieren. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön und maritim gehalten. Bei der Ausstattung findet man alles, was man brauchen könnte, stabiles Internet inklusive. Der Pool hat eine schöne GrĂ¶ĂŸe, die zum Schwimmen einlĂ€d. Die Kommunikation mit der EigentĂŒmerin war problemlos auf englisch per Chat oder telefonisch möglich. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in Hossegor und wir werden sicherlich bald wiederkommen.

Belle maison confortable. Attention pas de piscine chauffée

Une belle maison avec un haut niveau de confort ( literie et Ă©quipement cuisine supĂ©rieurs Ă  toutes locations). Nous avons eu une dĂ©ception Ă  l’arrivĂ©e car la piscine n Ă©tait pas chauffĂ©e et nous avions choisi cette maison pour cet atout la. Le chauffage Ă©tait inscrit dans les commentaires des hĂŽtes. Nous avons dĂ» finalement payer nous mĂȘme le chauffage de la piscine. A part ca , la propriĂ©taire Ă©tait charmante disponible et toujours prĂȘte Ă  rendre notre sĂ©jour agrĂ©able.

Maison Ă  deux pas de la mer

Merci Catherine pour votre flexibilitĂ© concernant nos diffĂ©rentes demande. La maison est vraiment bien, avec tout l’équipement nĂ©cessaire. Si nous devons ĂȘtre critique, la seul chose que je pourrai dire Ă  amĂ©liorer serais le tour de la piscine en bois, de ne pas marcher pied nu car peu donner des Ă©chardes dans les pieds. Belle maison pour vacances en famille.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour en famille avec enfants et grands-parents dans cette belle maison. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  2 min de la plage de la GraviĂšre connue pour ses conditions de surf, et Ă©quipĂ©e d'une grande piscine chauffĂ©e, les conditions Ă©taient rĂ©unies pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement surpris par la cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les extĂ©rieurs sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables, l'espace nuit est adaptĂ© Ă  8 personnes toutefois pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre avec lits superposĂ©es, il faut traverser la buanderie. Juste un petit bĂ©mol concernant le mĂ©nage: dans cette gamme de prix, cette prestation devrait ĂȘtre incluse. Nous tenons toutefois Ă  remercier la propriĂ©taire, Catherine, pour sa disponibilitĂ© et qui a Ă  coeur de vous faire passer un bon sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons.

Merveilleux séjour

La localisation est géniale: juste en bas de la dune permettant un accÚs rapide à la plage, aux vagues et aux cabanes de plage, à qques minutes du lac (6min à pied) et du centre ville (20min à pied). L'équipement de la maison est top, varié et de trÚs bonne qualité: matériel de cuisine, vaisselle, wifi, sono, transats, etc... La piscine est grande et chauffée. Le plan de la maison est bien pensé pour ne pas se géner. On reviendra avec grand plaisir avec famille et amis. Catherine est disponible pour toute question.
