The staff was great and the decor was good for a motel, but the front desk is in an adjacent hotel and had it not been for a kindly guest who was willing to share its location, we'd still be standing there looking bewildered. The blankets were as thin as sheets. But the continental breakfast was generous, the heat was good, the place was clean, and it's a very good location. All in all a good value for the price paid.

Great customer service. Desk Clerk was friendly and informative. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We did have someone above us that decided to bowl at 6am, and woke us all up, but other than that it was a great stay and I would stay again on my next visit, just probably would request a second level room.

Room very clean. They provide a brochure for a restaurant that delivers meals. Except the phone number is incorrect, the barcode is incorrect. Walked to the address, empty building!! When I took the brochure to the hotel office. They weren’t interested. Didn’t seem interested that they were providing their guests with incorrect information.

Pet was accepted. Could not find dirt for dog to pee and poop on. my dog would not go on concrete. I had a difficult time finding a place for him to do his duty. Not much available on TV. We like football had to go out to find the Thursday Night Football game. Parking very tight. Staff extremely nice and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. we enjoyed the room 160 with a beautiful large window with a view out the back to a small stream.
