- The photos on the Expedia site for this hotel are significantly better than reality: extra or different furniture
 - The rooms have poor sound insulation; my family could hear pretty much everything in the corridor or in the nearby rooms
 - The bed sheet was pilled (with black lint balls)
 - The refrigerator emitted terrible noises all night

Either the rooms are poorly insulated or other guests were extremely load all night long. I felt like I could hear ever door slamming, baby crying, people running up and down the corridor etc. But the rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Upon on arrival at 3 pm to check in we got the key. Enter the room, it was soda, trash etc in the room. We went back to the front desk. She was extremely helpful to try to help us out. She gave us another temp room cause it was a downgrade for us. By the time our room was ready, it was evening. Then in the morning the cleaning lady pops in our room without even knocking saying she thought the room was empty!! I mean at least you knock instead of assuming. Anyways, our interaction with two front desk lady especially the one who checked us in and the night person was great but overall lack of communication between staff and also holidays of course!

I am leaving this review because my stay was unacceptable. After only 30 minutes of sleep, I woke up to bugs on my pillow. I left immediately at 10pm. The front desk apologized and told me i would receive a refund, but after multiple calls and attempts through hotels.com, the property refused and hid behind a 'cancellation policy.' I did not CANCEL - I left because there were bed bugs. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.
