-Rental Agreement to be signed upon booking
-Truvi ID Verification to be completed upon booking
-Quiet Hours: 9pm-7am. This is a county wide rule for all vacation rentals in Sonoma County.
-No Weddings, Events or Parties allowed at any time. This is strictly enforced.
-No amplified music is allowed outdoors at any time.
-Pets allowed with approval and pet fee
-Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home for your safety.
-The Pool is heated in the summer months May-October 1st. Can be heated Oct-May for $150 per day.
