Elevator wasn't working for a night & smelled bad of paint, we were on 3rd floorwalking back and forth was annoying. Room keys weren't working. Wifi was spotty. Did like that food spots were close.

I liked that it was close to the Casino. I did not like the fact that the door next to my room stuck so every time they went in and out of the room, which was all night, it slammed and made a loud noise.

Pretty good for a 2 star hotel

Check in was seamless. My impression of the room was surprised at how clean the room was for a 2 star hotel. My partner and I came here during the sold out Labor Day weekend and although the staff were busy, they addressed our concerns in a timely manner-our window didn’t have a lock and we requested a microwave. When we came back to our room the window lock was fixed and a microwave was delivered. The bathroom had strong working vents, the water pressure was great, the hot water was immediate and I didn’t have to wait for the temp to rise. I liked the lighting on the vanity mirror. The fridge was decent sized. So I was satisfied with my stay.

The property was in poor condition. We had no smoke detector. My husband saw blood on the ceiling. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were people fighting in the parking lot next to Taco Bell. They didn’t make our bed and did not tell us we needed to ask when we checked in, we had no clean towels brought to our room the Manager was not able to provide any immediate help. She just said we were supposed to call or ask for a new bed made but they never told us that we asked for a receipt and they told us that they wouldn’t give us one because we booked it through Expedia. It is my recollection from previous reviews that you need to check the charges that are made a few had mentioned they were overcharged overall especially the elevator, which seemed very old. It was not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel. I have always felt good about Expedia hotel availability however, this time I’m not happy whatsoever.

A little rough around the edges

The front desk woman was friendly and welcoming. The problem is she told us there was an elevator when we asked but we couldnt find it. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor and stairs are difficult since I had a stroke. The rooms are alright except the air conditioner didnt cool down the room. At least the window was able to be open. Along the steps there were a pile of cigarette butts like someone sits there a lot and smokes. There is a pool there and so.e tables/chairs to kick back. However, the best part is how receptive and polite management is as they said they like the feedback and will look into the issues as a response to a review.
