Would stay here again

The place was clean, clean, clean. Our room was on the first floor next to the cleaning closet so it was a little loud first thing in the morning. The bed was a foam bed and, since I had surgery recently, it made it a little tough getting in and out of it, but overall, a good stay. The staff was very friendly.

Over priced but okay

The staff was amazing and super friendly but the hotel itself is super outdated and old! The rooms are tiny and the beds are softy but not comfortable.

We stayed in the Tuscan Suite. Beds were very comfortable. However, walls to adjoining suites are very thin, and the first night I was kept awake by a recurring noise from next door. As the front desk does not appear to be staffed at night, there was no one to contact. The second night was quiet and we slept well. The hotel is very nice, and the views from our balcony were stunning.

Nice grounds. Room was good size and clean. There is no elevator to second floor and that’s where they seemed to put all the senior citizens. I recently had knee surgery and found it very difficult to go up and down constantly. Twisted my knee on one occasion. We would recommend.

I had stayed at this place in the past and had a positive experience, but unfortunately the second time around did not work out as well. I had booked a Deluxe King Room a month prior to my arrival, and when I checked in at 10pm on the day of my reservation, they said that my room was no longer available and they offered me a standard room with no reimbursements despite a difference in price between the rooms. So much for booking ahead....

Best feature of it was being at a vineyard. What we didn't like much was the room we were given. It was small and uncomfortable. Nothing around it and we had to drive to Healdsburg for dining. That may be a good thing for some people, being away from crowd and traffic.

Cute little getaway near Healdsburg and Cloverdale

Staff very friendly. Very clean. Comfortable. The hotel emphasizes eco-friendly operations which is nice. Water pressure could be improved in shower. Also our shower was one of those standing ones (no tub) and there was some water leakage on gloor. Firmer pillows which i liked! Beautiful views. There was a wedding party on the property which was loud but ended promptly at 10pm; didnt bother us but including here for others (you can request a room that faces pool and that might be quieter if there is a party at the property )

Would come again

We have been traveling for a few weeks and staying in a different hotel each night. This is the best room we’ve had. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had modern fixtures. Not only was this our nicest room, but also, it wasn’t the most expensive, so it was by far the best value. We would drive out of our way to stay here again, and strongly recommend it.
