The villa's extensive exteriors stand out for its well-kept garden, where you will find a chlorine pool measuring 10 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth ranging from 0.80 metres to 1.55 metres. There is a parasol and trees where you can relax in the shade of the sun loungers. Before going inside the house, there is a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy outdoor barbecues with your companions.

The cosy interior of the house spread over one floor, begins with the living room, equipped with a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining room, open to the living room, creates a fluid and comfortable space to share moments with your companions. The kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. Finally, the house has a laundry room integrated into the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for greater comfort during your stay.

Cala Bona is a charming seaside resort that offers a perfect combination of tranquillity and activities. The beach of Cala Bona is only 1.1 km away, ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun. For golf enthusiasts, the Son Servera Golf Club is only 4.4 km away. The village of Cala Millor is very close by and there you will find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can sample the rich local gastronomy. You will also find an extensive promenade with numerous shops where you can take pleasant strolls in the sea breeze.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night per guest during the low season and 2.2€/night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old.
- You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival of the owner.
