Add that last minute, even though I had booked six weeks in advance, the hotel sent me a standard form with fine print that said no pets allowed. I booked the hotel only because they accepted pets. I complained to the hotel and they did not refund my money.

There was no air conditioning in the hallways or lobby. They originally put us in a room that had so much damage from water or something that it smelled and was kind of a mold thing. They moved us the second night to a better room on a higher floor and it was much improved.

The hotel was diguusting from the literal s**t smeared on the wall to the paint peeling in the door. The spider in the sink and lastly the blood in the mattress. The staff are dismissive and pass the problem along. The manager Eddie , is a liar and very unhelpful. Promised a refund and room service , neither came. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. I wish I slept in my car.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was unacceptable, especially in the outdoor areas. The pool area was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was also a bad odor throughout the property, making the overall experience very unpleasant. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. I would not recommend this hotel until they make major improvements to their cleanliness and maintenance.
