Check in was simple. Room was actually quite dirty. The floor obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while, as when I walked in my white socks they very quickly picked up all the dirt on the floor. The place needs some TLC. The curtains hadn't been cleaned in a while and smelled like it. The bathroom was a whole other issue. Shower would get hot... then cold... then BOILING HOT then back randomly. The beds were ok, very bouncy, but ok. If you're looking for a cheap place and you aren't going to be spending much time IN the room, this is ok. But for a family, this is not the place.

parking was convenient, upon opening the door a smoke detector was beeping, we called the front office and they came and addressed it. room wasnt terrible but very outdated. seemed like a toddler took an art class at some point drawing on the wall and dresser. beds were comfy. I know that I chose the cheapest hotel in the area but I feel like the $170 that I paid was still very high for the room we got. especially with no breakfast included. we could not get into the laundry room either. wasn't a terrible stay, but not worth the money I paid in my opinion but I also couldn't afford the next option that was $250 and up

No towels or toilet paper in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked for a wedding. We came from oit of state. Had to beg for towels...ridiculous! Never did have enough for all of us. 3 girls used same towel for oir hair...had to ask for simple items like cups for coffee etc. Floors disgusting...paid way tooooo much for this 55 dollar crack motel.

The hotel itself was in shambles. The office had random objects scattered, there was no mention of any continental breakfast like booking had suggested. Honestly if there was one I wouldn’t have eaten it. The room itself was disgusting, smelt like mold and cigarettes despite being a smoke free room. The vents were covered with dust and some sort of smudge. Completely gross. The staff was horrible. I asked if we could get a third towel for our room to which we were told we were only allowed two per night. In our one night staying there our key card stopped working two times causing us to have keep going to the office for a new one. This hotel should be close.
