There was obviously not enough help. We called to ask for towels because after the second day we had used all of ours. Front desk said they would tell house keeping. Over 2 hours later we called again and were asked to come down to get them because they were so busy. We were each given a bath towel and hand towel. No face cloth. Didn’t bother to ask for the face cloth.

Rooms are so far away from the front. Key didn’t work had to walk all the way back to the front twice!! Bathroom light didn’t work. Room smelt awful. Cleaning people were unhelpful when asked to get front desk
