As always Home2Suites never lets me down,this is my go to whenever I’m in New Jersey,from the rooms to breakfast,and most importantly the staff.Keon went a little bit extra he helped my kids to the free Halloween candy,also the great customer service with a smile and he also remembered me and my family from a previous stay it lets me know that my business is appreciated thanks Keon,and the rest of the team!

Breakfast hot box should be warmer or hotter setting, as food was just slightly warm. Also room bath pocket door was very hard to slide open & close, should be adjusted. Other than that, we would rate a 9 out of 10 rating for this hotel

Place was ok, but it is right on Route 1 a major trucking route. All night long you can hear the engines reeving. If you build a hotel on such a busy highway, I would think you would invest in better sound proofing for the rooms. I've had better breakfasts and comparable competitors.

Our check in was horrible experience. We arrived late at night to check in. But some else had checked in using our reservation and we were told there is no room. I had to call Expedia and they helped me. We were able to get the room but it was annoying that they didn’t check name properly and just gave our room to someone else because our last name was is same.

The staff at this location are incredibly sweet. We checked in with Kevin, Emma and Nara. They made us feel welcome, the check in process was super easy and our dog Titan loved them. Rooms are very large and clean but the beds were a bit hard for our liking. Would stay here again. Thank you New Brunswick Team!!

If you miss the awkward turn from Highway 18 North, you will have to drive another mile before you can turn around. The hotel did not receive my standard request notes from Expedia. The room smells like a wet dog with smpoo.
