Parking and breakfast were not included, according to my booking including parking and breakfast total $474, but I was charged $524 and parking $26 per night, breakfast not included. The staff were terrible, not willing to help, they said my booking was through a third party and they were not responsible for the price.

The Room: This was the first hotel where we did not have mini fridge, all the left overs bought had to be thrown out all the beverages I brought were room temp. It seemed like a smart way to get us to order from the restaurant or the front lobby. The bed was very uncomfortable, although my husband and I had 3 pillows each out heads would still sink down as though we had none. My husband ended up having to use some towels. Mind you we drove 5 hours for this trip and the least we needed was a good night sleep. The Restaurant: had the friendliest staff, the price was out rages I paid $17 for a 12 oz margarita. My husband and I settled for the $8 draft but while at the bar, customers were ordering drinks that the bar did not have sufficient alcohol to make. The barman was kind and friendly and handled the crowd. Breakfast: We had the breakfast buffet, food was good a lot of options, but it took 20 mins for us to get our coffee and chocolate milk. To the point we were already done eating and I even declined mine when it came. House keeping: Upon leaving my room I let house keeping know they could go in that we would be out for the day. I had thrown all the towels we used on the floor, and asked if we could get fresh ones and more coffee for the coffee maker. They responded ok. We arrived back to the room at 11pm. Where the towels were still on the floor, bed not made, they had not even gone in. Pool: the kids had fun at the pool. The hot tub was not working at the time.

Dusty! Not great on cleanliness.

The hotel looks great on the outside however dusty on the inside. There was no fridge in my room. On 2nd day I had trouble with my toilet clogging. Fridge was then delivered and toilet was fixed but what got to me and the other 30 members that were also staying with us for a wedding event complained of how dusty and dirty the rooms and overall appearance was. There was left over beard in my bathroom sink. There was hair in the shower. Lots of dust in sofas and lounge spaces in room. Beds were def very small— maybe smaller version of double and not comfortable. Front desk was not friendly, polite but not cheery. Seemed to be bothered with having to ask for help. I had to go multiple times to reactive my room keys. Furniture was scratched. We stayed for breakfast on both days. Simple- eggs, waffle, bread, yogurt and fruits. That was fine!

The property was nice. The area is nice. The room was nice, but it was very dusty not clean me and my husband had to sleep on the pullout sofa. I woke up having to take allergy pills because I was sneezing and itching all night from the dust dust on a nightstand dust on the headboard dust on the lamps. I was not happy that night. I actually had to stay two nights which created a serious allergic reaction for me.

Ooof….this place is a mess.

Hotel is beaten up like an aging prize fighter. Service was offered under duress, staff looked annoyed to be there. Parking garage had horror film vibes, abandoned cars and the smell of failure. Good location!!! Conrad Hilton is turning over in his grave!

I don't care for paying $18.00 a night for parking in a hotel I'm already paying for. And the parking spaces are way too narrow. The stripes are hard to see, worn out, and people parked crooked or overlapped their spaces because the widths were too narrow. For example it is impossible to park between two SUVs or two pick-up trucks.

The walls had many dents and holes. The pool was disgusting things floating in it! The hot tub was closed which wasn’t an issue but it was green at the bottom. The shower floor felt like it was going to fall out! The curtains were partially broken! The elevators were dirty and slow and the only way to the pool that was reliable to get there was the stairs!
